For the last 10 years, I have helped corporations and nonprofits more effectively communicate with their customers, pushing them to use dialogue over monologue, encouraging them to adopt the latest social research techniques, and distilling mounds of data into the most precise nugget of creative inspiration. These days I’m putting my marketing skills to use at GirlVentures, a nonprofit in the Bay Area that empowers girls to develop and express their strengths through outdoor adventures. When I’m not working you can find me tending to my community garden, backpacking in the mountains, or sailing on the Bay.
